Taxmarc™ Purchase Engine: no interface or external software

The purchase engine combines the information from SAP purchase orders with the VAT relevant information from the purchase invoices, automates the VAT determination and verifies this VAT treatment real-time against the applicable fiscal requirements.

This comes down to a tax control framework for purchases being included. The advantage is that the solution supports invoice processing without the necessity of changing purchase orders retrospectively for VAT reasons only.

When all our VAT functionality is operational, automated tax determination is realized for:

Intercompany invoice processed via standard procedures in SAP (EDI/iDoc)

  • 3rd Party drop shipments with correct and aligned VAT determination for both sales and purchase order/invoice
  • Taxmarc™ Purchase Engine can deal with scanning tools such as Readsoft or e-invoicing tools such as OB-10 or Tradeshift.

Optimum client flexibility is realized as it is possible to implement only the Purchase Engine and add additional features or even upgrade to the Premium package at a later stage.
